#SpringAbroad Aaryan Pavvit Chhabra

ā€œRegarding my semester abroad at the University of Pennsylvania, I can say with certainty that this experience has been nothing short of amazing. It has broadened my perspective and helped me grow both personally and academically. One of the most exciting aspects of my semester at Penn was meeting people from all around the world who came from different cultural backgrounds. I was amazed by their diverse perspectives and felt that I learned as much from my peers as I did from my classes.

Speaking of academics, I took courses in Design, Wharton Business, and Computer Science. These courses are taught by world-class faculty members who are at the top of their respective fields. I’m grateful to be working in a research project with Prof Ives in the CS department, doing a machine learning project which is very rigorous and challenging, but helping me push my abilities to its limits.

In addition to my academic pursuits, I have also been involved in the performing arts. I am part of a theater production here, under Upenn’s Theatre Arts Council, and I have had the opportunity to perform alongside theater and cinema majors.ā€
