DESCRIPTION:Dear All\, \nThe Visual Arts Department and The Archives of Contemporary India (ACI) presents\,  \ndeCLASSIFIED  \nIs an Archive a time capsule\, custodian of all things past or is it/can it be a catalyst for contemporary conversations? \nAt the intersections of the political\, the personal and pedagogy\, \nwe look forward to your participation. \nWednesday\, 30th April – Thursday\, 1st May 2025 \nAC02 – 008 & 009  \nThe show starts at 1:30 PM \n{End Semester Exhibition by the scholars of "Visualising with the Archive" Course Visual Arts Department} \nEngaging with Archives of Contemporary India (ACI)\, the scholars delve into the dual role of the archive\, serving as both a tool and a point of reference for shaping their artistic and storytelling visions. \nWorking with the Archive and its diverse collections\, here scholars engage and negotiate their experience\, research and learnings through visual storytelling through art\, graphic narratives\, installations\, photography\, interactive stories\, picture books and palimpsests. \nThe Archive acts as a space for engagement and inspiration.
