The second edition of the programme, Resilience Strategies for Nonprofits (RSN) was organised from August 31 to September 2, 2021 by Centre for Social Impact and Philanthropy. Designed and executed by professors from Harvard Business School and technical experts, the three day programme was curated for CEOs and leaders of Indian nonprofits in the wake of COVID 19.
The sessions were built upon the lived experiences of sector leaders with specially designed modules on strategic fundraising, technological readiness and overall well being of leaders and teams.
The 82 people strong cohort saw participation of diverse nonprofits in the country. Professor Thomas DeLong, Vikram Gandhi, Donald Lobo, Ingrid Srinath were some of the facilitators.
