FutureStream: Psychology | Measuring the Unmeasurable

Psychologists are obsessed with measuring outcomes. But measuring psychological constructs such as happiness is not quite the same as measuring physical constructs such as the length of a table. This live interactive & certified course invites you on a journey into the intriguing realm of psychological measurements. Together, we’ll compare how we size up emotions versus tangible things, question the reliability of these methods, and consider the ripple effects of any errors we might make. Along the way, you’ll develop a critical eye for such measures and a deeper understanding that measuring emotions goes beyond mere numbers—it’s about unlocking the complexity of human feelings.

This course specially designed for high schoolers introduces them to a university level education in Psychology and its many applications in understanding our world better!
