Amy Gordon

Amy Gordon received her PhD in philosophy from Carleton University. Her current research focuses on social and political philosophy, ancient Greek philosophy, practical ethics, and critical theory. She was the recipient of a four year fellowship from Canada’s Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council for her graduate research on the philosophy of political emotions. She completed an Honours BA and MA in philosophy from Dominican University prior to her doctoral studies.
