Bodhi Tree Foundation (BTF) has a vision to empower rural especially first generation graduates by providing them training in life skills, creating awareness about opportunities, providing career guidance and connecting them to mentors. BTC’s curriculum is founded on three core areas such as life skills, English and Self-development and is delivered using innovative participatory pedagogy like games, stories and interactive activities. BTC is trying to enhance entrepreneurial thinking in the minds of the youth and work with them collaboratively to create model villages by implementing local projects. The larger goal is to create an ecosystem of support for all graduates through permanent centres, to take charge of not only their lives but also of the development of their communities.
