What are the key components of the Young India Fellowship?

The YIF is designed to provide a well-rounded, holistic learning experience. Its core elements include Multidisciplinary and Interdisciplinary Courses across diverse fields, Critical Inquiry and Expression (CIE) to hone analytical skills, and an Immersive Experiential Learning Module (ELM) for real-world projects.

What credential will I receive after completion of the Fellowship?

Upon successful completion of the Young India Fellowship, you will be awarded a Post-Graduate Diploma in Interdisciplinary Studies from Ashoka University.

Who is eligible to apply for the Young India Fellowship?

Candidates with a recognised undergraduate degree in any discipline (or equivalent) are eligible to apply, making it a truly multidisciplinary programme. Final-year undergraduate students are also welcome. Work experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

Bachelors of Science (B.Sc.) Honours in Psychology from Krea University, Andhra Pradesh

Harshi graduated from Krea University with a BSc(Honours) in Business Studies and Psychology. Her experiences span internships in consulting at Ernst & Young, marketing at Aditya Birla Capital, Wondrlab & Radissons Group, & work at the Antarang Foundation. At Krea, she served as Chairperson of the Student Government and was part of the founding teams of TEDx and the Centre for Entrepreneurship. Her curiosity for the startup ecosystem also led her to build her own vegan lip-care brand. Outside of work, she enjoys reading mystery novels and memoirs, and is currently learning French as part of her goal to learn new languages.
