Monark is a literature student and cultural researcher whose academic interests span Comparative Studies, Film Studies, and Medical Humanities, with a particular affinity for horror, folk, and fantasy narratives. Questions of language, identity, and meaning anchor her creative and critical practice. She has experience in communications and publishing and continues to work as a freelance writer, profiler, and narrative developer. A 2025 Gurukul Fellow, she engaged deeply with Tibetan exile communities in Dharamshala. She aspires to build accessible cultural and educational platforms that democratise knowledge, strengthen linguistic ecosystems, and foster a more reflective and inclusive public discourse in India.
