Hridika Soni

Hridika grew up training in Bharatanatyam under a Guru who was also an economics professor, which perhaps explains why her path has never quite resolved into a straight line. A Psychology graduate from Lady Shri Ram College, she has contributed to school feeding programmes across Northeast India, trained in cognitive modelling, and founded a certified gluten-free food venture after her own celiac diagnosis. She has performed Bharatanatyam at national and international stages, worked on embodied cognition with non-sighted educators, and is currently exploring the largely ignored connection between gluten-free dietary intervention and neurodevelopmental health in India.
