Radhika is an international educator and counselling psychologist whose work is rooted in lived experience with trauma. Her journey in psychology was influenced by personal encounters with emotional pain and learning how people heal and adapt, which translated into teaching psychology across schools and colleges, and designing trauma-informed courses in South Asia. Deeply influenced by Buddhist philosophy, mythology, symbolism, and archetypes, she sees these as lenses for understanding the human psyche and its capacity for healing. She believes inner transformation is foundational to humanitarian work rooted in long-term systems change, and aspires to build mental health ecosystems where emotional literacy, healing, and trauma-informed care are foundational.
