Rahma is an educationist and intersectional feminist committed to advancing equity through gender-responsive pedagogy and curriculum reform. Currently with Transform Schools on a World Bank-funded project in Tripura, she supports 15,000 teachers, improving learning outcomes for over 4 lakh students. Previously, she has worked in health literacy, queer mental health and IDP rehabilitation advocacy. She has also taught Gender and Development Communication to postgraduate students at Sidho Kanho Birsha University, Purulia. At YIF, Rahma wants to find her community of critical thinkers and strengthen her pedagogical and project design capacities. She loves experimenting with recipes and exploring parks and cafés.
