What are the key components of the Young India Fellowship?

The YIF is designed to provide a well-rounded, holistic learning experience. Its core elements include Multidisciplinary and Interdisciplinary Courses across diverse fields, Critical Inquiry and Expression (CIE) to hone analytical skills, and an Immersive Experiential Learning Module (ELM) for real-world projects.

What credential will I receive after completion of the Fellowship?

Upon successful completion of the Young India Fellowship, you will be awarded a Post-Graduate Diploma in Interdisciplinary Studies from Ashoka University.

Who is eligible to apply for the Young India Fellowship?

Candidates with a recognised undergraduate degree in any discipline (or equivalent) are eligible to apply, making it a truly multidisciplinary programme. Final-year undergraduate students are also welcome. Work experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

He holds a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics from St. Stephen’s College, University of Delhi, where he also served as Photography Head for the college yearbook. His career spans education, political consulting, and healthcare, from managing a UNICEF-backed entrepreneurship program at Inquilab Foundation to leading district-level campaign operations at IPAC, where one of his campaigns was adopted statewide. He is driven by one question: how do you build something that actually solves the problem?
