Sahana Yelkur

Sahana is a curious individual with a keen interest in learning and exploration. She has been engaging with nature, music, writing, and visual media. Her poetry book, Jumbled, was published in 2025. Studying at Kendriya Vidyalaya and Azim Premji University exposed her to both the diversity and challenges in Indian society. She has engaged with socio-environmental problems through policy, research, fieldwork, creative media, and public speaking. She is driven to contribute to environmental conservation, influenced by her experiences in nature and understanding of various ecosystems. Sahana aims to create impact through evidence-based action towards the most pressing problems.
