Shiv Shankar

Shiv Shankar is an entrepreneur in Kochi, Kerala. He is the director of a compliance-focused QA firm that audits U.S. home healthcare documentation. After losing his father young, he became curious about how the mind adapts under stress. This led him to self-study psychology and, more recently, neuroscience, while building operational systems in his firm and daily life. He has also volunteered in education support settings and is interested in how classrooms shape attention, learning, and motivation. Shiv aims to utilise YIF’s resources to gain clearer direction toward graduate study in psychology and contribute to learning spaces built on psychological principles.
