Simran Srivastava

Simran Srivastava is a social impact professional working at the intersection of psychology, identity, and power. Their experience spans feminist movements, corporate DEI initiatives, and SDG-focused advocacy campaigns, where they have facilitated dialogue and designed interventions centered on equity and inclusion. Grounded in lived experience as a queer individual, they bring a critical attentiveness to how systems distribute care, legitimacy, and belonging, and through whose expense those systems are sustained. Simran aspires to pursue a PhD in Social Psychology, with a decolonial focus on mental health and social norms, contributing to more ethical, culturally grounded institutional practices.
