Stanzin Norboo is a youth leader, community volunteer, and content creator from Ladakh. His journey has been shaped by his work with the Students’ Educational and Cultural Movement of Ladakh (SECMOL), where he served as a volunteer coordinator, farm supervisor, teacher, and management head. He currently serves as president of Ladakh Drayangs (LEKA), a Lalok Changthang youth organisation, contributing to educational, environmental, and cultural initiatives, including the publication of the annual magazine Ladakh Drayangs. He is passionate about storytelling and community engagement. Stanzin aspires to empower youth, preserve Ladakh’s heritage, and promote sustainable development through leadership and service.
