Kinsu Kumar has transformed his lived experience of child labour into a global movement for children’s rights and youth leadership. Today, he is an internationally recognized survivor advocate, working to ensure that children and young survivors are not only protected but empowered to shape the policies and decisions that affect their lives. Kinsu has traveled across different countries and has addressed and represented children and youth at the United Nations, the European Union, the International Labour Organization, the Vatican, and other global platforms. In 2023, he was selected as one of 20 Young Leaders worldwide for the Global Baku Forum. As Associate Manager at the Satyarthi Movement for Global Compassion, he leads global youth engagement across 12 countries, connecting grassroots action with international advocacy to inspire youth-led social change. He is a recipient of the Billion Acts of Peace Award by PeaceJam Foundation, USA.
