Ashwini Kailas Shinde

Ashwini Kailas Shinde completed her postgraduate degree in Development from Azim Premji University. Following her academic journey, she worked as a Project Executive with DHAN Foundation under the Kalanjiam Banking Programme, where she gained experience in women’s empowerment, financial inclusion, and community development. Her professional work strengthened her understanding of grassroots institutions and sustainable livelihoods. She is deeply interested in gender equity, community participation, and social development. Aspiring to contribute to women’s empowerment, she aims to work closely with communities to create inclusive opportunities and support positive social change.
