Vaishnavi is a curious and purpose-driven young professional who believes in learning from ground up. Her journey so far shaped by on-field experiences, visiting special schools and working closely with educators and students to understand how vocational education can truly empower persons with disabilities. These interactions have strengthened her commitment to inclusive education and social equity. She enjoys engaging with communities, listening to lived experiences and translating insights into meaningful action. Through the YIF, she hopes to deepen her understanding of leadership and public systems and contribute to building compassionate, inclusive solutions that enable marginalized communities to lead independent lives.
