Arshia Mehta is a graduate from the Indraprastha College for Women and has previously interned with the Niti Aayog, Ministry of Culture, Members of the Parliament, and Teach for India, refining her research acumen and policy analysis skills. Her research interests centre on governance, urban planning, and welfare models, with a particular focus on the lived realities of ASHA workers and the structural inequities embedded within public healthcare delivery. Currently, she is actively working at the confluence of tech and policy, creating digital tools that can empower women from marginalised communities. Following YIF, Arshia hopes to study Public Policy and Evaluation, enabling her to work at the UNICEF, addressing systemic inequalities and supporting marginalised communities across India.
