Huzaiful Reyaz

Huzaiful Reyaz is interested in studying the political and intellectual life of Muslim communities in South Asia, with particular attention to how religion, identity, and belonging are shaped by history, language, and power. Trained in Islamic Studies at Jamia Millia Islamia, he works across academic inquiry and public discourse, examining questions that institutional narratives often flatten or foreclose. His work has appeared in Al Jazeera, Jacobin, Frontline, The Wire, The Quint, and peer-reviewed journals. He is committed to scholarship that is methodologically rigorous, historically grounded, and legible beyond the academy.
