Aishwarrya M

Hailing from rural Tamil Nadu, Aishwarrya is a management professional aiming to democratise India’s innovation ecosystem. She has worked in startup/ industry-academia collaborations at IIT Madras Research Park and has previously worked with StartupTN, Coimbatore District Collector, and MSME Department. Witnessing the sharp urban-rural divide firsthand, Aish founded ‘The Grassroots Lab’ to equip rural and women-led startups with business support and mentorship. As a Young India Fellow, she aims to leverage public policy and behavioural science to build inclusive development frameworks. Beyond her work, she is an avid reader who explored new places/ experiences and connecting through human stories.
