Esha’s journey has moved from commercial finance to impact investing to climate-focused work, shaped by a steady interest in how money and policy affect people’s lives. Having cleared CFA Level III, she is drawn to working at the intersection of finance, gender, and public policy, particularly how investment systems can be made more inclusive and climate-aware. She hopes to build a career in development finance, working on climate and gender-aware investment policy, and believes the diversity of perspectives and disciplines that the YIF brings together is exactly the environment she needs to think these questions through more deeply.
