Anoushka Sharma

It was while pursuing her undergraduate degree that Anoushka realised she wanted to work in a space that created an impact on the world. This led to her first job at Central Square Foundation, where she found meaning in improving the lives of children through policy and governance reforms in the education sector. Exposed first-hand to the systemic challenges in the country, Anoushka was motivated to apply for the YIF to develop an interdisciplinary perspective that could help her navigate through the complex systems in Indian society. In her free time, Anoushka enjoys baking and spending time with her cat. At the YIF, Anoushka hopes to push herself out of her comfort zone, rediscover her love for studying and most importantly, learn and unlearn.
