YIF Class of 2026
BA (Honours) Philosophy, St Stephen's College, University of DelhiAnu is interested in the fundamental question—what is intelligent behaviour?—and the many inquiries that emerge at the intersection of language and thought. His academic curiosity spans computational cognitive sciences, language, logic, and philosophy, with a tertiary interest in aesthetics. He is particularly drawn to the challenge of developing a scientific theory of meaning. Outside of academia, Anu finds joy in gardening, cooking, and professional wrestling. He is eager to study at Ashoka University for the vibrant intellectual community it fosters—across disciplines, among peers in the YIF cohort, and with the faculty. Through the Fellowship, Anu hopes to engage rigorously with questions that animate his academic interests, and to be part of a learning environment that values exploration, depth, and collaborative inquiry.
