Gayatri’s personality and journey have been influenced by Teach For India, Slam Out Loud, and the KARM Fellowship. She completed her bachelor’s in English at the University of Delhi. She was raised in a humble background and attended government schools in Delhi. Gayatri loves doing theatre and being part of energetic, creative, and engaging spaces that push her to grow. She uses the craft of acting and performance to develop an understanding of human emotions. She aims to create an impact by blending literature and films/theatre while analysing the effects of entertainment on shaping stereotypes and perceptions. At the YIF, Gayatri wishes to explore literature, other domains, and career aspects while pursuing her passion in theatre and acting, to gain rich experience.
