YIF Class of 2026
Senior Analyst, Forensics at Ernst and YoungMihika’s passion for social impact began at 16 when she led summer camps for children and continued through her work with Teach for India, shaping her dream of social entrepreneurship. After completing her finance degree, clearing CFA Level 1, and working in forensics at multinational companies, Mihika realised at 22 that she was pursuing success without fulfilling her true purpose. This led her to seek the shelter of the Young India Fellowship, where she believes that, whether it guides her towards her social venture or unveils an entirely new path, it will offer the direction she so deeply needs. The YIF is the churn that turns milk into curd, increasing its value. Whether guiding her social venture or a new path, she’s confident the YIF will provide the direction she needs.
