Sabari Venkat is a visually-impaired student, motivational speaker, and National Awardee from Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. Hailing from a small agrarian village, he has overcome numerous challenges to become a strong advocate for disability rights, accessibility, and inclusivity. Sabari envisions a world where differently-abled individuals live with dignity and independence. Despite facing numerous challenges, he has inspired many and emerged as a changemaker and a leader. An avid reader, he has received over 40 awards and has been honoured by leaders, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi and former President Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam. Through the YIF programme, Sabarivenkat wishes to emerge as a competent, dynamic and empathetic leader, a change maker, and a person who finds creative solutions.
