The YIF Crossover Series
The YIF Crossover Series is a new addition to the YIF programme. Through this, dignitaries and stalwarts spend a day at the Ashoka campus for immersive interactions with Fellows. The engagements will include masterclasses, fireside chats, performances, training and meals together. Fellows get a chance to learn about the craft, personal journeys and motivations that have allowed these individuals to become leaders in their fields. In the process, the endeavor is that Fellows can be inspired, and also take away key learnings to implement in their own lives and professions.
With the Crossover, Fellows will be able to connect the dots between knowledge and skills, and their implementation, while also being aware of potential challenges – organizational, operational, political, economic, legal, and so on. They will be equipped with more information and insights about various sectors, be exposed to more choices to learn and grow in sync with current developments in various domains or disciplines. Through the YIF Crossover Series, Fellows also get the opportunity to build lasting relationships with exceptional professionals.
