Anustubh Agnihotri is an Assistant Professor of political science at Ashoka University. His research focuses on understanding how public bureaucracies shape the effectiveness of local governance and the delivery of public services. His dissertation project examines the variation in the quality of interactions between citizens and the land bureaucracy in India. He has also worked on projects that study how new technologies are adopted and scaled in resource-poor contexts.
Anustubh finished his Ph.D. in Political Science at The University of California at Berkeley. He also holds a Masters in Public Policy and a Masters in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelors in Electronics and Telecommunications from Pune University.
