About the Speaker: 

Krunal is a passionpreneur with background in sustainable development since past 20 years. He is chief sustainability officer for India’s largest private hill station called Lavasa that was spread over 12,500 acres, and has spearheaded initiatives to make it the greenest city in our Country.

Since past 10 years, He has focussed on bamboo construction and furniture and is the only company to have designed and executed award winning bamboo structures in Maldives and Qatar. He has built India’s 1st comtenporary bamboo resort in Kerala and the largest bamboo institutional structures spread over 1 lac sqft. 
He comes with a rare passion of understanding environmental sensitivity with practical considerations, and balances both beautifully.

Krunal is hon board member of India Green Building Council helping develop green rating for net zero buildings. He is also hon board member of Indian Federation of Green Energy and Indian Wood Science and Technology Park, autonomous institute under the Govt of India.
