The Media Studies Department invites you to attend a colloquium talk by lawyer Apar Gupta, who is the Founder Director of Internet Freedom Foundation. The talk, titled 

 "Tech policy as acts of constitutional exceptionalism" will analyse concerns over rights, privacy safeguards and constitutional incompatibility over the Data Protection Act.
