As part of the Leadership Lab: Unleashing Potential and Deepening Intent (taught by Dr. Pramath Raj Sinha), each Young India Fellow takes the stage for 4–5 minutes to share an honest, personal story about who they are, what has shaped them, and what they hope to build ahead. These talks mark the point where reflection meets expression, as Fellows step into their own voice and narrative with clarity and intent.
