About the Speaker: 

Prabodh Saxena is a retired IAS officer, former Chief Secretary of Himachal Pradesh, and an expert in public policy and economic diplomacy. He holds a law degree from Delhi University and a Master's from the London School of Economics. His most recent position was Chairman of the Himachal Pradesh State Electricity Board Ltd (HPSEBL).
