Dear All,

We would like to invite you to an informative session with Mr Ravi Audichya, a Sci-Tech Specialist (Fermentation) at The Good Food Institute India, on November 28, 2025, at 5:00 PM. He has been in the food biotech and fermentation space for years, working on a range of projects including industrial enzymes, fermentation-derived proteins, and overall alternative protein innovation.

Mr Audichya will be talking about his journey into the alternative proteins and fermentation world, what the space actually looks like from someone working inside it, and some very cool developments in fermentation that most people don’t know about but could genuinely change how food is produced in the future. He will also share insights for anyone interested in biotech, sustainability, or exploring early-stage ideas in the smart protein sector.
