Aayushi is an empathetic, lively and passionate person with the ability to gel with people rather quickly, which she enjoys as well. Time and again she brings a unique perspective to problems and this quality combined with her steadfastness in speaking her mind, only sometimes tend to work in her favour as she constantly finds herself in the most uncomfortable situations, the clumsiness of which she can only put the blame on herself. Some good ways to get into a conversation with her would be to talk about food, travel, historical fiction and anything unconventional. Her multidisciplinary skills, developed during her Bachelors in Management along with a child-like curiosity in whichever areas she has pursued (theatre, people management, fintech among others) always make for interesting meet-ups. Although she did enjoy her stint in a consulting firm in Gurgaon, she wanted to switch gears and join Ashoka to learn more. She has ambitions to become a great business leader but is still in the process of finding her calling in life and she hopes that the Fellowship connects her with people and ideas she’s looking for.
