Aditya holds an MBA from IIM Indore where he spent 5 years in the Integrated Programme in Management. His experience in varied sectors include an NGO, IoT start-up, pharmaceutical manufacturing and IT behemoth in the areas of strategy, business analysis and project management. He is an avid quizzer, awarded at national level and has led the quizzing community of IIM Indore conducting events including the famous inter IIT-IIM competition, Nihilanth. He holds high regard for a life of balance, love, empathy and honesty; where one creates value for everybody. For him, YIF is a platform that would integrate his academic capabilities with his interest in public policy.
