From a young age Adwitia believed that science, and in particular biology, was the field in which she would ultimately build her career. While she thoroughly enjoyed her subject choices in school, she felt unfulfilled as she also had an immense curiosity for technology as well as a deep passion for the creative arts which she wanted to explore. This led her to switch her major and pursue Computer Science at Fergusson College, Pune. It was here where Adwitia also found her passion for social change and became the co-head of a Pune based GirlUp Community. Adwitia is also an avid music lover with a passion for singing, and plays the guitar as well.
