Ajay Malik

Ajay Malik is the Deputy Manager at the Trivedi School of Biosciences, Ashoka University. He is currently responsible for organising and supervising all the research-related purchases of Biology. He simultaneously manages vendor interactions for smooth product delivery to maintain the timeline. One of his major roles is to prepare, manage and maintain the inventory for Biology research equipment at Ashoka. Along with this, he works in sync with various other departments like finance, purchase, RDO and the hospitality teams at Ashoka as the point of contact for arranging events and conferences in the department. He liaises between the HoD of Biology and the Head of the Academic Administration & Technical Support team, aiding the day-to-day smooth functioning of the School of Biosciences. He also helps in scholar management who are funded by the intramural grant of the Trivedi School of Biosciences.

Ajay completed his B.Tech in computer science from LPU. He holds an MBA degree in Marketing and HR from the IP University, Delhi and holds 5+ years of experience working in the Private Sector.
