Akanksha is the calmest person in a group, often complimented for being the funny one. As an introvert, her go-to tip for surviving any social situation is to surround oneself with extroverts. She has learned from taking a two-year-long break after graduation that learning and working can be joyful and encouraging when done with like-minded people. She is driven by empathy and loves taking up new activities for leisure. Dancing is an all-time favourite, but she puts her heart and soul into everything she does. She is always excited to be a part of engaging conversations involving people with different ideas and perspectives. Akanksha is passionate about bringing constructive impact with an intersectional approach in areas of education, empowerment, violence and oppression amongst marginalized communities. Ultimately, she wants to get into the policy-making sector and believes a diverse skill set will help her excel at what she wants to achieve
