Akansha is a girl with courage who does not hesitate to take a stand for herself and society. She stepped out of her village at a very young age to chase her goals and give strong competition to the privileged sector of society. She got admitted into VidyaGyan School with a scholarship and led the school council with her strong leadership skills as a head girl for two consecutive years. Not only she defeated the taboos of her society in the field of academics but she equally excelled in sports as well.
She also got Vahani Scholarship for graduation that is offered to 20 exceptionally talented students across India each year. She understands the challenges of the underprivileged sector of society and thereby has volunteered for many social projects of various NGOs like Youth for Seva and Umeed. During her volunteering, she trained slum kids to recite poems, do yoga, and simultaneously worked on her own communication and management skills.
She is a self-made woman who believes in the principle of women being independent and capable of bringing change in society. She is a determined girl who is also grateful for the opportunities provided to grow her personality and stand for her principles. She thereby aspires to contribute back to society.
