Ambika is a graduate of Psychology from Lady Shri Ram College, Delhi University. She is an avid reader and is passionate about expressing her appreciation towards aesthetics through photography. Being deeply interested in human behavior and related aspects led her to opt for Psychology for her undergraduate studies. Discussions around travel, culture, psychology, what motivates humans, and their stories have her keen attention. To delve deeper into such experiences, she interned with a counseling psychologist for three years and had the opportunity to arrange and conduct a series of workshops for children, teenagers, teachers and parents across New Delhi.
Realising the immense multidisciplinary scope of Psychology, she is seeking the appropriate guidance and training from the Young India Fellowship to prepare for the application of her learnt skills to a range of contexts.
