Amit JulkaĀ completed his PhD from the Department of Political Science, National University of Singapore.Ā Ā His research lies at the intersection of International Relations, popular culture, and South Asian politics. In his doctoral research, he conceptualized and operationalized Antonio Gramsci’s idea of mass common-sense as an analytical lens to understand the influence of mass ideas on India’s foreign policy. He is also a coordinator for theĀ Making Identity CountĀ project.
