During Amrit’s post graduation, he worked as a mental health support worker with autistic children and older adults with disabilities, experiences he found extremely rewarding. He is dedicated, empathetic, and idealistic. Inspired by his parents’ belief in service, he wants to make a difference in whatever way he can. He has varied interests that include quizzing, reading and music. Amrit believes the fellowship will help him become a well-rounded individual. With YIF, he hopes to return to a world of education where subjects overlap and help widen his perspectives. He is also looking forward to having engaging interactions with the peers and faculty, ultimately striving to be the best version of himself.
