Anjali is a purpose-driven person who tries to look at the bigger picture of her actions. This personality trait developed the zeal in her to fathom the world through experiences and books. She worked as a volunteer in Hyderabad Youth Assembly, served as an executive board member for Street Cause Eforce, a wing of student-run NGO, and founded Street Cause Division in her college. She interned in digital marketing and business development domains after graduating and later decided to pursue Gandhi Fellowship in Jaisalmer district which let her work towards improving the quality of education in the remotest areas of the great Indian desert in Sam block through interventions.

While Anjali is an extremely friendly and outgoing person, she also enjoys being herself sitting in a corner immersed in reading or writing. She loves trekking, solo-traveling, and ensures that she leads a frugal lifestyle and exposes herself to discomfort to learn more about herself while traveling.

At the Young India Fellowship YIF), Anjali seeks to foster her love for learning through the multidisciplinary curriculum YIF offers, explore her interests, and find her true calling by the end of the Fellowship.
