Ankita is a graduate in social sciences and is passionate about being an agent of social change. She has always been eager to learn, not just from books, but also from people and their experiences. Her love for travelling and art stems from the same habit, of understanding meaning attached to places and things, that in turn helps her to develop a holistic view towards every aspect of her life. Curiosity to know more about the society made her work on many crucial projects in the social sector and that ushered her towards a way for self-transformation. She believes that education is one of the most powerful sources for transforming the society. So, she aspires to be a life-long learner and continue her higher education from the best institutes in the world, vis-a-vis work for those in need, particularly women and children in her country. Her search for a multi-disciplinary education got her to the Young India Fellowship, where she wishes to meet new people and continue her journey of learning, unlearning, co-creating and innovating thoughts.
