Anu Prasad is the founder-director of India Leaders for Social Sector, and was formerly a senior advisor at Central Square Foundation. She is one of the founding members of the Young India Fellowship (YIF) at Ashoka University and was its deputy dean.
Previously, Anu was a member of the initial team at American Express in India where she led the implementation of Amex’s global financial re-engineering, helping to create the Financial Resource Centre in New Delhi. Post Amex, she worked as the regional head of finance for TNT, North India. An entrepreneur at heart, she also co-founded and managed a travel company in India. She has also worked as a consultant with the Michael and Susan Dell Foundation.
She graduated from HR College, Mumbai and received her MBA from International Management Institute, New Delhi.
Sanjeev Prasad brings more than 30 years of experience as a serial entrepreneur, business leader and CIO for large global corporations. He has been part of the global leadership team at Genpact and Sutherland, and was a founder, COO and director of STG International Ltd, a training and IT services organisation which was successfully listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange in 1999. His initial years were spent in developing and managing new products in leading technology product companies like Nortel, Amdahl and a healthcare start-up in Silicon Valley.
Sanjeev’s passion for innovation led growth and creating business value has played a key role in shaping corporate strategy, creating and scaling new lines of business, enabling business transformation, and identifying and creating successful new ventures at key technology inflexion points – client server to internet age, digital transformation enabled by cloud, and cognitive, mobile and social technologies.
Sanjeev is passionate about learning, innovation and building and mentoring leaders. He has also been on the advisory board of Oracle, Gartner and Avaya. He is a certified coach and an advisor to start-ups. He loves hiking, travelling and playing golf. He received an MS in industrial engineering from the University of Texas. He is also an alumni of India Leaders for Social Sector (ILSS).
