Anupama Gustav

Anupama is a Senior Manager at the Office of Global Education, Ashoka University. With over two and a half decades of extensive experience in the education sector, she brings a rich, student-centric perspective to international engagement. She has led inbound student mobility programmes at Ashoka and contributed to student experience through orientation activities and informal engagement initiatives. She has also facilitated informal cultural immersion for international students, such as conversational Hindi sessions and mentored student interns during the Visiting Students Programme.

Currently transitioning into managing Study Abroad, she is now focused on building and expanding outbound mobility opportunities for Ashoka students across summer schools, semester exchanges, and research pathways.

She holds Master’s degrees in English and Mathematics, and a Higher Diploma in Software Engineering, bringing together a multidisciplinary foundation to support holistic global learning.
