Ashoka University

Anupama Gustav is the Senior Manager, Parents Office at Ashoka University. With over two and a half decades of experience in the education sector, she brings extensive expertise in student engagement, programme management, and stakeholder relations. Prior to joining the Parents Office, she was part of the Office of Global Education, where she independently managed Ashoka’s inbound student mobility programmes and later oversaw the outbound Study Abroad portfolio, supporting students through semester exchanges, summer schools, research opportunities, and international partnerships. She also played an integral role in enhancing the student experience through orientation programmes, cultural engagement initiatives, and student mentorship, contributing to a welcoming and globally connected campus environment.

In her current role, Anupama supports the University’s parent engagement initiatives by serving as a key point of contact for parents and families throughout the student journey. She works closely with academic and administrative offices to ensure parents receive timely, accurate, and meaningful communication, while helping develop parent-facing resources and engagement initiatives that strengthen the partnership between families and the University.

She holds Master’s degrees in English and Mathematics, along with a Higher Diploma in Software Engineering, bringing together a multidisciplinary foundation that complements her work in higher education.
