Aradhana was born in Lucknow and raised in different parts of the country. This has allowed her to understand the nuances of cultural and individual differences. Always confused (and intrigued) about people, she decided to take up Psychology as her major in college. In her free time she loves to read books, listen to business podcasts, and explore the intersectionality of Psychology and Business.
Through everything she does, Aradhana aspires to become a more perceptive and self-aware individual. Due to her time at the Winter School, IIM-A, she became deeply committed to the cause of education and hopes to contribute to the field in a personal capacity.
