Aradhita Baral is a Senior Program Manager (Health Research) at Ashoka University. Being a trained Scientist during PhD, she started her career working on G-quadruplex DNA motifs. Her passion to develop research management and support as a career in India and beyond led her to join the Department of Biotechnology, India. She has been one of the first awardees of DBT/Wellcome Trust India Alliance Research Management Fellow (IRMI) in India at CSIR- Institute of Genomics and Integrative Biology (CSIR-IGIB). She has been well credited for developing collaborations, supporting upscale grants and creating central resources at previous organizations. At Ashoka University, she would be facilitating external partnerships for clinical and public health research projects, focusing on multilateral collaborations
